Jorge Jager Photography processes the following personal data because you are using our service:

  • First and last name
  • Address data
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Other personal data that you include in your communication, such as a wedding date


Purpose of Processing
Jorge Jager Photography processes your data for the following purposes:

  • All communication prior to and during the agreement
  • Invoicing
  • Delivering products and services such as albums or photo galleries


Retention Periods
Jorge Jager Photography does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data are collected.

  • Contact and administrative data, including invoices, is retained for a maximum of 7 years in accordance with Dutch tax legislation.
  • Photographic files are retained at the photographer’s discretion for portfolio and archival purposes.
  • Data collected via Google Analytics is stored within Google Analytics for the period set in the platform settings. This data is anonymous and not connected to your name, e-mail address or any other personal data.


Third Parties
Jorge Jager Photography will not share any of your data with third parties, except where this is necessary to deliver products or services under the agreement. Examples include album printing suppliers and online gallery platforms. Jorge Jager Photography will have privacy agreements with these parties so that your privacy is optimally protected. Your data will never be sold to any third party.

Jorge Jager Photography uses Google Analytics to analyse website traffic. Google may process this data on servers outside the European Union. This processing is governed by Google’s own privacy terms. The data collected is anonymous and not linked to your personal identity.
